Back again with the cat breeds. The Birman cat i Back again with the cat breeds. The Birman cat is native to Burma and has strikingly beautiful blue eyes 😍. They do require a lot of grooming but they have a more silky coat than fluffy so doesn't tend to matt as much. They are active but tend to be very soft and affectionate and are known as a good breed for a family pet for anyone looking for an exotic breed.

Back with our cat breeds, the next up is the Benga Back with our cat breeds, the next up is the Bengal. Bengals are very sleek and muscular. They have a spotted or marbled coat. As a breed they are very energetic and not known to be a "lap cat". They need lots of interaction and enrichment as they are so active. They only require minimal brushing which is good as they don't sit still for long usually πŸ™Š

**Exciting News** It is Langholme Cattery who hav **Exciting News** It is Langholme Cattery who have made the signing of the January transfer window! Since 1987 we have been a family run business, myself, Mick and then Ryan. 35 years ago! That makes me feel old! The time has come where I need to have a little more Pat time and also bring Langholme into the 21st century. As most of you will know I don't touch the computers, emails or social media and I leave this to Ryan (who is typing this message for me now πŸ˜‚). This is where we introduce Jenny our new Cattery Manager - someone we have known for 20+ years and someone who shares our love and commitment for our beloved animals. We couldn't be happier that someone with all the animal knowledge and experience like Jenny, has decided to join us here at Langholme. Rest assured Auntie Pat will still be working in the Cattery as normal but with the help of Jenny who will help to maintain our high standards of care and also be able to use Facebook, Instagram and answer emails 🀣.
